How to Make Japanese Pancakes
You can put any filling you like, i.e, cheese, bean paste, yam...etc. Try this at home!
Zen Chef, I haven't seen a fish- shaped pancake before (does it also kave some "scales"?) , though but I do love the pastry cream too. Hey, how did you know I have been working on black sesame (soft- serve) ice cream these past weeks? It's included in our menu.
wow. i would love to try japanese pancakes! you've intrigued with all the various sweet and savory fillings. i've gotta try to find some in new york city!
