How to Make Japanese Pancakes








You can put any filling you like, i.e, cheese, bean paste, yam...etc. Try this at home!

I want my fish-shaped pancake with the pastry cream filling please. Like the ones they have at the Japanese market around here. Yum! :-)

Manngy, there are individual pancake pans sold around...do you fancy using the egg rings? Thank you sa pagbabasa lagi. Magaling ka rin magluto, ha!

Zen Chef, I haven't seen a fish- shaped pancake before (does it also kave some "scales"?) , though but I do love the pastry cream too. Hey, how did you know I have been working on black sesame (soft- serve) ice cream these past weeks? It's included in our menu.
